This chicken 555 recipe is the most favourite for all chicken lovers. If you have a chance to go to Bangalore then eat this chicken 555.
Chicken 555 is prepared with some spicy masala and this contains small small pieces. Major ingredients for this recipe are Garlic and Chilli. These two ingredients give the hot and spicy taste.
One time I went on a trip to Bangalore and that time I tasted this unique recipe of chicken which is very tasty and different.
Then I asked the hotel chef how to prepare this chicken recipe which is new to me. They told the preparation method of 555 chicken.
After the trip I came to my home and tried this recipe. It came out well and my family members also liked the 555 chicken.
Now I am going to share the new and unique recipe.

Ingredients
Deep Fry of Chicken Strips
Boneless Chicken – 500 gms
Egg – 1
Turmeric Powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – Needed
Maida – 2 Tablespoon
Corn Flour – ¼ Cup
Oil – 2 Tablespoon
Other Ingredients
Fennel seeds – ¼ tablespoon
Garlic – 2 Pods
Onion – 1 Finely Chopped
Turmeric powder, Salt – needed
Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tablespoon
Curry leaves, Mint leaves, Spring onion – Finely Chopped
Soya sauce – ¼ teaspoon
Lime juice – ¼ teaspoon
Step by Step Procedure for Chicken 555 Recipe
- Cut the small small pieces into boneless chicken.
- Take the pieces and marinate with egg, turmeric and salt.
- Now add cornstarch and Maida one tablespoon.
- Mix this well to combine together. And marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take a pan and pour the oil in for deep fry and heat it.
Take the chicken strips one by one and put into the oil for deep fry. Don’t take too much time to fry. Take one fried chicken strip and cut to see the inside. If it is white then this is the correct form of fry. or If it is yellow then this tells as chicken was overly cooked.
Over cooked chicken taste is not good and also it is hard to eat. So be conscious of fry. Take the chicken before it is overly cooked. This is soft and tasty.
After the deep fry, put the chicken strips into drain paper. Repeat with the remaining chicken strips.
Take the pan and put one tablespoon of oil and put in fennel seeds. Add finely chopped onion and finely chopped garlic.
Sauté it for a couple of minutes.
555 Chicken Recipe
Add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, green chilly, red chilli powder and red chilli flakes. If you want chicken 555 very spicy then add more green chilly. sauté it for a minute to become thick paste.
Add finely chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves and spring onion. Cook it for a minute.
At the end of this process, the little soya sauce and lime juice. Toss it well to get a coated layer.
Now it is ready to serve the delicious recipe.
