Preparation of Chilli Chicken Gravy Recipe
Ingredients of Chilli Chicken
Chicken – 500gm
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Egg white – 1
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Soya Sauce – ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Salt for Taste
Edible oil – 100 ml
Chilli Chicken Gravy
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1
Black pepper powder – 1 tbsp
1 green chilli
Garlic and Ginger paste
Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tsp
Salt to Taste
How to Make Chilli Chicken Gravy Recipe
First step to marinate the chicken. Take a bowl and put all the boneless chicken. Add flour, Ginger and Garlic paste, egg white, soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Mix well with all the ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour.
Allow for 30 mins.
To Make Gravy:
Onion, Capsicum and green chilli chopped and set aside.
Take the pan, heat the oil and fry that marinated chicken piece.
Kept aside for that fried chicken.
Take a pan and pour 1 tbsp of oil. Add ginger, garlic and green chilli. After 1 min of fry then add chopped onion, capsicum.
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
saute well.
Now add the fried chicken piece to that gravy and mix well.
Take 2 tbsp of corn flour and mix well with water. Then add that corn flour puri to the gravy.
Now all the required amount of salt.
Stir well for a few minutes and turn off the flame.
