Chicken Thighs – 4 number
Honey – 4 Tablespoon
Garlic – 4 Pieces Chopped
Lemon Juice – 1 Teaspoon
Paprika – ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Onion powder – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper powder – 1 Teaspoon (Fresh grounded Pepper)
Salt to Taste.
Instruction for Cooking Chicken Thighs
Take a bowl and put the chopped garlic, honey, lemon juice, paprika, onion powder, pepper and salt for seasoning.
Mix well then it will come like a paste. Apply the paste on the Chicken thigh.
Marinate chicken thigh with this paste for 20 mins to maximum 2 hours. If the Marinate time is long then the recipe tastes good. So try to marinate this recipe at the maximum time.
After Marinate time is over then take the pan and pour a little bit of oil for fry. Heat the oil in the slow flame then put the marinated chicken to the pan for fry.
